TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. By using the services provided by Norge-Bus, the Customer confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Carrier reserves the right to open and inspect any parcel in order to verify its contents.
3. Norge-Bus shall not be held liable for delays or any consequences resulting from such delays where they are caused by administrative procedures (including, but not limited to, police inspections, customs inspections, or road transport authority inspections) or by any other circumstances beyond the Carrier’s reasonable control.
4. Parcels must not contain any prohibited items, including but not limited to:

• raw or frozen meat and fish;
• alcoholic beverages;
• tobacco products;
• narcotic drugs or controlled substances;
• anabolic steroids;
• sports supplements;
• firearms, explosives, military equipment, or any items intended for military use;
• perishable goods or items requiring special transport conditions;
• human or animal remains, live animals, or plants;
• any other items that may pose a risk to human health or safety, or that may damage other parcels or transport equipment.

Parcels containing any of the above-mentioned items will not be transported, and the sender will be required to collect the parcel.

5. The Sender is solely responsible for ensuring that the parcel is properly packaged and suitable for the nature of its contents.
