- If, during an inspection, a shipment is found to contain prohibited items, they will be confiscated or handed over to customs or law enforcement authorities. In such cases, NORGE-BUS accepts no responsibility for the shipment. If you wish to submit a complaint, please contact the NORGE-BUS customer service department directly or send your inquiry by email. The shipping cost depends on the weight and dimensions of the shipment.
